Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) is seeking an Installation Coordinator for the Specialties division. This in-office role partners with builders to ensure accurate product installation, coordinating with teams and subcontractors to meet schedules and quality standards.

The candidate will manage installation documentation, collaborate across departments, and maintain smooth communications with all stakeholders while supporting payroll documentation for subcontractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in a coordination or supervisory role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Dropbox, and general office software.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation processes and ensure quality and standards.
• Serve as main point of contact for builders, addressing concerns and coordinating requirements.
• Coordinate installation schedules with team, subcontractors, and builders.
• Maintain installation-related documentation using Acrobat, Excel, and Dropbox.
• Collaborate with division departments to facilitate proper installation.
• Streamline communication among subcontractors, internal teams, and builders.
• Identify and address installation challenges.
• Support payroll with subcontractor payment documentation.
• Maintain regular attendance and teamwork.
