Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to coordinate interior finishings projects for homebuilders and property managers. You will manage timelines, budgets and scope, lead cross-functional teams, and maintain client relationships from kickoff to closeout.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling, risk management and proficiency with RFMS or similar construction software. A background in commercial remodeling and attention to cost control are essential.

Qualifications

• Must manage multiple projects in commercial construction environments.
• Experience coordinating labor and subcontractors across phases of a project.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and estimating capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources for the successful execution of projects.
• Coordinate external resources for the successful execution of project.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and staff.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Create Labor SOV and detailed project plans.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs; track progress.
• Propose change orders and manage client-approved adjustments.
• Monitor project performance using standard tools.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
• Maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.
• Document all project activities and decisions.
