Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG), a Lowe’s company, is seeking a Senior Account Coordinator to support key customer accounts, coordinate projects, and manage schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work with builders, sales, production, purchasing, installation, logistics, and warranty teams to deliver exceptional service, maintain accurate records, and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of account coordination, customer service, or project coordination experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company software systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned and high-volume accounts.
• Coordinate project documentation including files, work orders, schedules, and contracts.
• Monitor installation schedules and project progress.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Installation and Warranty.
• Support onboarding of new builder accounts and large or complex projects.
• Maintain accurate customer records and pricing information.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service.
