Job summary

ADG | Artisan Design Group is seeking a Designer Representative who excels in relationship building and customer service. You will manage projects from order generation through completion, delivering accurate designs and layouts and identifying upsell opportunities to enhance the customer experience and revenue.

The role requires field measurements, blueprints reading, and strong computer skills. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Experience with 20/20 design software is a plus.
• Experience in construction is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Must manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Design-driven and solution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Obtain customer selections and specifications.
• Perform field measurements.
• Prepare designs and layouts using 20/20.
• Provide accurate pricing and quotes.
• Identify upsell opportunities for products, upgrades and services.
• Prepare orders and plans with estimating team.
• Review parts to finish orders and release for purchase.
• Address issues from builders and homeowners.
• Walk jobs to ensure proper completion.
• Maintain current, accurate job records.
