Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative for Southern Maryland. The role covers St. Mary’s and Calvert counties with hybrid/partial remote work in the Mid-Atlantic United States.

Responsibilities include managing accounts, expanding the dealer network, and representing Stine’s seed products with agronomic expertise. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of agronomy, crop production or seed sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques, strong negotiating skills and problem solving.
• Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to grow sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support.
