Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Obion, Weakley, and Henry counties. You will be the primary ambassador for the Stine brand, develop agronomic knowledge, manage and grow accounts, and work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in ag, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in dealer development and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and negotiation skills.
• Experience in dealer development and retention.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seeds.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs to reach district goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers and prospects.
