Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Harrison, Floyd, and Clark Counties in Kentucky. You will be the primary ambassador for the Stine brand, building agronomic knowledge of seed products and delivering support to customers in the district.

You will manage existing accounts, recruit new ones, and implement sales programs to meet goals, working with the Regional Sales Agronomist to ensure top-tier support and strong relationships with growers and dealers.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agricultural experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven sales techniques and negotiation skills, with dealer development and retention success

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory
• Develop and maintain agronomic knowledge of Stine seed products and services in the territory
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to grow sales
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies to meet district sales goals
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and potential customers
