Job summary
Vylor Inc. in Laurinburg/Maxton NC is hiring a Warehouse Technician to support seed production operations on-site. You will operate process equipment, follow quality plans, and assist with warehousing, field, and harvest activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
You will collect data for continual improvement, participate in preventive maintenance, and help lead safety initiatives, with opportunities to grow within a company advancing agricultural biotechnology.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required or willing to obtain within one year.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Legally able to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
- Valid US driver’s license for field locations.
Responsibilities
- Operate process equipment while following safety policies.
- Record data for continuous improvement and production records.
- Support preventive maintenance and general repairs.
- Lead or support safety programs to enhance site safety.
- Assist with warehousing including forklift operation.
- Use automation and computerized systems (HMI, tablets).
- Assist with harvest activities and field logistics as needed.
