Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking a Production Technician for an on-site role at the Corteva location. You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plan work instructions, collect production data, and support maintenance and safety programs to ensure reliable outputs.

Role requires a High School Diploma or GED, willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays, and strong computer skills. U.S. work eligibility and a valid driver’s license are required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and willingness to obtain GED within one year.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable with computers and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Valid US driver’s license for field locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate various process equipment following safety policies.
• Record data for quality plans and production records.
• Provide preventative maintenance support and repairs.
• Participate in warehousing, field, and harvest activities.
• Support safety programs and site initiatives.
• Assist with field management and logistics planning as needed.
• Perform harvest activities such as seed sampling and truck unloading.
