Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician for our Algona, IA location to support seed production operations. You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plan instructions, and collect data for continuous improvement while contributing to safety initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, comfort with technology, and the ability to work rotating shifts including weekends during peak seasons. Relocation/visa sponsorship not offered; on-site position only.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook/Excel/Word) and data entry skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and quality plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety and quality plans.
• Record data for continuous improvement and production tracking.
• Support maintenance and safety initiatives on site.
• Assist with warehousing activities and field-related tasks as needed.
• Work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays during peak seasons.
