Vylor, Inc. is hiring a Production Technician for our Hermiston, OR site. The role focuses on safe, efficient seed production operations and adherence to quality plans.

You will operate process equipment, work with automation and computer systems, and contribute to continuous improvement through data collection and maintenance support. The position is 100% on-site with no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED, or ability to obtain GED within 1 year of hire.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Legally able to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive communication of safety concerns and adherence to safety policies.

Responsabilidades

• Operate process equipment following safety policies and quality plans.
• Record and collect data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventive maintenance and general repair efforts.
• Lead or support site safety initiatives to protect people and products.
• Assist with warehousing tasks including forklift operation and inventory
• Use automated systems and computerized tools (HMI, tablets) to perform tasks.
• Support field activities such as scouting, field maintenance, and coordination with partners.
• Assist with harvest activities and related processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain production schedules.
