Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is hiring a Production Technician to support seed production operations on-site in Massachusetts. You will operate process equipment, use automated systems, and follow Quality Plans to ensure safe, high-quality outputs.

The role emphasizes data collection, preventative maintenance support, and safety leadership across the site. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, willingness to obtain GED if needed, and legal work status in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, willingness to obtain GED within 1 year.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime during seasonal peaks.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word; good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety policies and procedures.
• Record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventive maintenance and general repair tasks.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Use automation and computerized systems (HMI, tablets).
• Support safety initiatives and site safety programs.
• Assist with field activities and logistics planning as needed.
