Vylor is hiring a Production Technician for our Doniphan, NE site. You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plan instructions, and help with data collection for continuous improvement. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on maintenance support.

We expect proficiency with basic computer tools, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends during peak seasons. Local candidates only; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Safety policies must be followed at all times.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• High attention to detail and problem solving.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Valid US driver's license to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety and quality plans.
• Record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventive maintenance and general repairs.
• Assist warehousing and forklift tasks as needed.
• Engage in safety initiatives and training with peers.
• Utilize automation and computerized systems (HMI, tablets).
• Participate in field management and harvest-related activities.
