Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Team Lead to manage production staff at the Doniphan, NE site. You will coordinate internal and external resources, ensure safety and quality, and prepare facilities for upcoming shifts. You will also support improvement initiatives and workforce planning while maintaining accurate records.

This on-site role requires leadership, effective communication, and willingness to work extended hours during seasonal peaks. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Demonstrates leadership and problem solving within shifts.
• Proficiency with data analysis and manufacturing tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production staff and coordinate resources to ensure safe operations.
• Monitor product quality and adherence to quality plans.
• Plan workforce, equipment, and materials for upcoming shifts.
• Maintain accurate records and reports; support management on initiatives.
• Act as production technician when needed and cover shift supervisor duties.
