Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules, allocate team members and resources to complete schedules.
• Ensure employees are properly trained.
• Model safety and quality while maintaining productivity on the floor.
• Analyze and resolve problems on the floor and assist employees.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and guidance.
• Coordinate operations with other departments and prepare for seasonal ramps.
• Maintain accurate records and data in business systems.
