Qualifications

• Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends/holidays during peak production.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; safety-focused and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety policies and quality plans.
• Record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repairs as needed.
• Participate in warehousing tasks including forklift operation.
• Assist with field management activities and harvest-related processes.
