Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Production Associate for our Renwick, Iowa operations. You will play a hands-on role in seed production, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.

You’ll operate various process equipment, work with automated systems, and follow detailed quality plans to support reliable production outcomes. You will contribute to continuous improvement through data collection and preventive maintenance, and assist with warehousing, field, and harvest activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; willing to obtain GED within one year of hire.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays during peak periods.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team, with strong safety focus.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety policies and quality plans.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventive maintenance and general repair efforts.
• Lead or support safety program initiatives across the site.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Use automation/computer systems (HMI, tablets) to perform tasks.
• Potential field management tasks and coordination with growers/contractors.
• Assist with harvest activities and related processes.
