Job summary

Vylor is hiring a Production Associate to join our seed production operations on-site in Reinbeck, IA. You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plan work instructions, and record data for continuous improvement.

You’ll support maintenance, safety initiatives, warehousing, and occasional field activities while adhering to safety standards and company policies. The role requires a HS diploma and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, with ability to obtain GED within one year of hire.
• Legally able to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle to field locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Run process equipment while following safety policies and quality plans.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repair efforts.
• Lead or support a safety program to improve site safety.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Use automation and computerized systems (HMI, tablets) to perform tasks.
• Potential field management tasks such as scouting and logistics planning.
• Assist with harvest activities and related processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
