Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician to join our Corteva location on-site. You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plan instructions, collect data for continuous improvement, and support maintenance and safety initiatives.

This hands-on role requires flexibility for rotating shifts and overtime, with field opportunities and potential participation in warehousing tasks. The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or GED, is proficient with Outlook/Excel/Word, and

Qualifikationen

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED, with ability to obtain GED within one year.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime including weekends/holidays during seasonal peaks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with computers; Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High attention to detail; multitask and stay organized.
• Legally able to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Valid US driver’s license to operate a company vehicle in field locations.

Aufgaben

• Operate process equipment following safety policies.
• Ensure Quality Plan compliance and documentation.
• Record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Lead or support a safety program on site.
• Assist with warehousing, including forklift operation.
• Use automation and computerized systems (HMI, PCs, iPads).
• Possibly perform field management tasks and coordinate with growers/contractors.
