Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Production Technician at our Durant, Iowa location to support harvest, conditioning, and warehouse activities. You will work with highly automated equipment, assist with sizing and packaging, and participate in field logistics to ensure timely production.

The role requires adaptability to rotating shifts, strong problem-solving, and solid computer skills, with a high school diploma or GED as a minimum, and a willingness to learn company-specific software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; GED within 12 months of hire is acceptable.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate in variable indoor/outdoor conditions.
• Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Applications; willingness to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Participate in harvest activities and related processes.
• Monitor automated equipment for harvesting, conditioning, treating, and packing.
• Perform warehouse tasks including forklift operation and sample collection.
• Support conditioning like sizing, packaging, and palletizing.
• Engage in field activities such as scouting and logistics management.
