Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate for our Renwick, Iowa site to operate process equipment and support seed production. The role emphasizes safety, data collection, and adherence to quality plans to ensure reliable outputs.

You will work with automation systems, assist with warehousing, field activities, and maintenance tasks, while following standardized work and safety protocols. A high school diploma is required, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; willingness to obtain GED within one year of hire.
• Ability to work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to rotate shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays during peak production.
• Comfort with technology and basic computer skills (Outlook/Excel/Word).
• Clear written and verbal communication; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Run diverse process equipment while following safety policies.
• Adhere to Quality Plan Work Instructions and record production data.
• Support preventive maintenance and general repair activities.
• Assist with warehousing and forklift tasks as needed.
• Participate in safety programs to improve site safety.
• Operate automation systems and field equipment as required.
• Assist with harvest, seed sampling, and related processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
