The role requires 7+ years of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing, plus strong coaching, compliance, and continuous improvement skills. On-site role with potential relocation opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in operations, agriculture, business, or engineering.
• 7+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong experience in production, maintenance, supply chain, or manufacturing.
