Vylor is seeking a Production Location Manager to lead a team in Saint Joseph, IL, ensuring safe, on-time production of high-quality corn seed while managing field, plant operations and staff. You will build relationships, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and partner with cross-functional teams to align site goals with company vision.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in leadership or supervisory roles
• Operational effectiveness in production, maintenance, supply chain, engineering or related field
• Coaching/feedback experience
• Ability to work with diverse teams for cross-functional collaboration
• Results-oriented with strong prioritization
• Excellent interpersonal communications
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Change management and innovation experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work extra hours during seasonal peaks
