Job summary

Beck's Superior Hybrids in Huntington, IN is seeking a Seed Advisor to drive sales growth by recruiting dealers and leading SeedIQ adoption. This role serves Huntington and surrounding counties including Wabash, Huntington, Whitley, and Kosciusko with seed experience preferred but requires at least five years of customer-facing experience in agriculture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or five years seed sales experience.
• CCA preferred
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record as determined by Beck’s automobile policy
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Act as Master Recruiter to grow dealer and customer networks.
• Lead dealers with clear growth expectations and coaching to expand market share.
• Master SeedIQ systems and promote dealer mastery in sales conversations.
• Perform related duties as required by leadership.
