Job summary

Beck's Hybrids in Champaign, IL seeks an Area Team Leader to lead and develop a sales team across the Northeast Illinois region. You will recruit dealer candidates, develop Seed Advisors, and drive adoption of Seed IQ systems to achieve area growth.

You will coach and monitor performance, align with company policies, and collaborate with regional leadership on strategic initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in agriculture and valid driver’s license are required, with a safety-sensitive work

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive recruitment of dealer candidates and Seed Advisors.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow acre growth.
• Coach Seed Advisors to utilize Seed IQ systems in conversations with dealers and customers.
• Perform other duties as required by regional leadership.
