Job summary

Beck's Seeds in Tiffin, OH is seeking a Seed Advisor to drive sales growth by recruiting and developing dealers and leading a dealer network across Northern Ohio counties including Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, Wood, Hancock, Seneca, Erie, Shelby, Allen and Auglaize. You will coach dealers, master Seed IQ systems, and align with Beck’s growth objectives.

The role requires five years of customer-facing agriculture experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work with internal teams to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Agronomy, Ag Economics, Marketing or Sales, or 5 years sales experience.
• CCA preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively grow network of contacts for dealer and customer prospects.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop dealer candidates aligned with Beck’s growth objectives.
• Coach/develop dealers to independently lead customer relationships, deliver exceptional service/operations and expand market share.
• Use Seed IQ in the sales process to engage in differentiated conversations with customers, prospects, dealers and dealer prospects.
• Promote, educate, and lead dealers to master SeedIQ.
• Become knowledgeable on all Seed IQ systems.
• Perform other related duties as may be required.
