Job summary

Beck's Superior Hybrids in Ohio seeks a Seed Advisor to drive sales growth by recruiting dealers, leading teams, and mastering Beck’s SeedIQ systems to enable differentiated conversations with customers. This full-time field role covers the Northern Ohio territory and requires at least five years of customer-facing experience in agriculture; seed industry knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in agronomy, ag economics, marketing or sales; or five years seed sales experience.
• CCA preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Proactively grow network of dealer and customer prospects.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop dealer candidates aligned with Beck’s growth objectives.
• Coach dealers to lead customer relationships, deliver service and expand market share.
• Use SeedIQ in the sales process to engage in differentiated conversations with customers.
