Job summary

Beck's Hybrids seeks a Seed Advisor to drive sales growth by acting as a Master Recruiter, Leader of Dealers, and Master of Beck’s SeedIQ systems, delivering differentiated sales conversations and supporting company vision and programs.

You will manage the marketing territory of Northern Ohio, covering Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, Wood, Hancock, Seneca, Erie, Shelby, Allen and Auglaize counties, with seed experience preferred but at least 5 years in agriculture sales facing customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Agronomy, Ag Economics, Marketing or Sales or 5 years seed sales experience
• CCA preferred
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Proactively grow network of dealer and customer prospects.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop dealer candidates aligned with Beck’s growth objectives.
• Lead dealers to achieve sales growth and exceptional service/operations.
