Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and obtain Medical Examiner’s Certificate may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the link between customers and products to grow market share.
• Set expectations and communicate regularly with assigned dealers.
• Identify, recruit, and hire quality dealers.

Education

Bachelor of Science Degree in Agronomy, Ag Economics, Marketing, or Sales

5 years sales experience or demonstrated seed sales success

Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) preferred
