Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Technician to join our team in Arkansas. You will install, program, certify and train customers on security, fire alarm and life-safety systems across projects of varying complexity.

Ideal candidates have strong technical skills, a passion for service, and the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams. Occasional local travel is required; a valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel locally to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, start-up and certify security systems.
• Provide customer training and support on assigned projects.
• Read蓝prints, schematics and wiring diagrams to determine installation procedures.
• Coordinate with project manager and engineering as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and support field teams.
