Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Control Room Supervisor to oversee security officers and ensure all post orders are followed and rounds completed. The role requires coaching, training, and timely reporting to maintain client satisfaction.

As a supervisor, you will coordinate coverage, file reports, and meet with client representatives to verify compliance with security requirements. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this onsite Ohio position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience as determined by the company.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• May be required to hold and maintain applicable security licenses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers and others at client sites and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching actions and outcomes.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission to the company.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts; schedule and assign tasks.
• Prepare and submit required reports; inspect posts and outline tasks.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide customer service.
• Perform supervisory duties including hiring, orienting, training, and performance evaluation as needed.
