Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel at client site(s) and ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignment details with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions; prepare and submit reports.
