Job summary

Stone Security, a BearCom company, is seeking a Support Technician in Colorado to install and support security systems across client sites. You will respond to service calls, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP platforms.

The role requires hands-on installation of cameras, access control, and networking gear, plus the ability to lead small installation efforts and mentor junior technicians. On-the-job training and certification support are provided.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience installing network camera systems (Milestone, Axis, Hanwha and Bosch).
• Three years of experience installing security systems (DMP and Bosch).
• Three years of experience installing access control systems (Lenel and S2).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record leading a security installation team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts; install projects as needed.
• Install and support Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP systems.
• Collaborate with specialists and cross-train on servicing customers.
