Job summary

Stone Security, a BearCom company, is seeking a Support Technician to install and support security systems across North America. You will handle routine to non-routine calls, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance on Milestone, LenelS2, DMP, Bosch, Axis, and other equipment.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, experience with security installations and access control, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams on projects and service calls.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience installing network camera systems (Milestone, Axis, Hanwha, Bosch).
• Three years of experience installing security systems (DMP and Bosch).
• Three years of experience installing access control systems (Lenel and S2).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Install and support security systems and respond to service calls.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts; perform preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with specialists; cross-train on servicing existing customers.
• Lead small project installations and ensure timely completion.
