Job summary

Stone Security, a BearCom Company, is seeking a Support Engineer in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to provide skilled technical support and troubleshooting for security software and hardware systems.

You will diagnose issues, coordinate service calls, and help design, install, and maintain Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP solutions for customers, while ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in security systems support or related IT field.
• Proficiency in Milestone, LenelS2, DMP, or similar security software platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting for security, video surveillance, and access control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for security software and hardware systems, including Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP.
• Diagnose and resolve system performance issues, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Coordinate service and maintenance calls with customers.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and support of electronic security solutions.
• Provide expert consultation on system performance, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Support internal teams with troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
