Job summary

BearCom in Las Vegas is seeking a Support Technician to install and support security systems. You will respond to routine and some non-routine service calls, diagnose and repair issues, and install projects as needed for Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP platforms.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years installing network camera systems, security systems, and access control, with strong IT aptitude and teamwork. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience installing network camera systems (Milestone, Axis, Hanwha and Bosch).
• Three years of experience installing security systems (DMP and Bosch).
• Three years of experience installing access control systems (Lenel and S2).

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and some non-routine customer service calls, scheduled maintenance calls, and emergency calls.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts and troubleshoot systems.
• Install projects as necessary and perform preventative maintenance on installed systems.
• Work with other specialists to cross-train on servicing existing customers.
