Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Technician to install, program, start-up, certify and train customers on assigned security projects. The role covers small to large projects and requires delivering world-class service within Convergint's culture.

You will read blueprints, test equipment, and provide technical support, while collaborating with project teams to ensure quality and customer satisfaction across diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Installs, programs, tests, repairs and services various security-related systems and equipment.
• Demonstrates, trains customers and ensures satisfaction; escalates complex issues.
• Interprets manuals, schematics and wiring diagrams for installation and maintenance.
• Works with project teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and quality.
