Convergint is looking for a full-time Security Technician to install, program, start-up, certify, and train on assigned projects including smaller, less complex ones. You will be part of a dynamic team that supports growth and delivers results while upholding Convergint's culture.

The role requires exceptional service focus, the ability to travel locally for sites, and a willingness to learn new technical skills related to security and life safety systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in fire alarm and electronic security systems.
• Willingness to learn technical skills and work with supervision.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; able to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, start-up, certify, and train on security projects.
• Operate and service security, fire alarm, and life-safety systems.
• Read manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to perform installations.
• Provide customer training and support; ensure high customer satisfaction.
