Convergint is looking for a full-time Security Technician to install, program, start-up, certify and train customers on security systems across projects of varying complexity. Read blueprints, troubleshoot electronics, and deliver world-class service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years relevant
• Preferred Experience: relevant field service and certifications listed in job posting.

Responsibilities

• Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services a variety of non-routine systems and equipment.
• Reads basic blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams to determine installation procedures.
• Demonstrates systems and trains customers on operation and maintenance.
• Works with Project Manager to coordinate projects and ensure quality and timely delivery.
