Job summary

IES seeks a Project Manager to lead assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance in alignment with company requirements. The role requires overseeing staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and customer relations to achieve delivery goals.

Candidates should have 5+ years in security systems or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to interpret blueprints and project documents.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years verifiable experience in security systems, access control and CCTV.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be able to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including specifications, reporting and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage and supervise project staff per company policies.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Plan for and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review job cost postings, prepare invoices, and perform financial reporting to customers and management.
• Interface with customer representatives and act as liaison for the project.
• Participate in bid processes and drive account process improvements.
