Job summary

IES is seeking a Project Lead - Security Systems in the United States. This hands-on field leadership role oversees installation and implementation of card access, CCTV, CATV, and intrusion systems, supervising crew leads and technicians on site.

You will coordinate with the Project Manager, ensure work is safe, on schedule, within budget, and compliant with customer and manufacturer specs. Travel within branch or regional territory may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum five years of security systems installation experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory or management experience.
• Must read and interpret blueprints and project documents.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Security Systems crews and installation teams.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety and project performance.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and enforce safety standards.
• Coordinate project execution with Security Systems Project Managers.
• Complete documentation such as timesheets, work orders and change orders.
• Serve as the primary on-site customer contact.
