Job summary

IES is seeking a Project Manager to oversee assigned projects, ensuring delivery aligns with safety, quality and financial goals. You will lead staffing, budgeting and customer coordination to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving and multi-project management skills, with travel within branch or regional territories as needed. Onsite environment in the United States. Salary range supplied.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years verifiable experience in project management related to technical or construction fields.
• Experience interfacing with customers and supervising staff in project environments.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise and evaluate project staff and contractors.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• Plan for profitability and monitor project costs, invoicing and collections.
• Oversee quality and safety issues and participate in bid processes.
• Act as liaison with customers and implement process improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
