Qualifications

• Strong project management experience overseeing technical infrastructure, EPMS, and security systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with budget and schedule performance.
• Experience with project financial management, forecasting, change orders, and job cost reporting.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of projects from kickoff through closeout within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide oversight for multiple EPMS and security system projects.
• Develop schedules, execution plans, resource plans, and risk strategies.
• Coordinate engineering, installation, testing, and turnover activities.
• Manage customer relationships and provide regular status updates.
