Job summary

IES Communications is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance align with company requirements.

The role involves staffing, scheduling, cost control, and coordination with customers to deliver on time and within budget. A minimum of five years in security systems or related fields is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years verifiable experience in security systems, access control and CCTV.
• Experience with manufacturers listed (Bosch, UTC/GE, Software House, DSX, etc.).
• Must have supervisory or managerial experience (5+ years).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; MS Project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage and supervise project staff.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• Plan and maintain project profitability and financial reporting.
• Review job cost postings, invoices and collections.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance on all customer work.
• Participate in bid processes and liaison with customers.
