Job summary

IES Holdings is seeking a Project Manager – Security Systems to lead assigned security projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring staffing, budgets, safety, quality and customer satisfaction while meeting contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in telecommunications security projects, five or more years in supervisory roles, and strong MS Office proficiency; travel within branch or regional territory may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years verifiable experience in security systems, access control and CCTV.
• Experience with manufacturers: Bosch, UTC/GE, DSX, Software House, and others.
• Five+ years supervisory or managerial experience.
• Five+ years in telecommunications or related technical/construction field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote, discipline and discharge staff per company policies.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Plan for, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review all job cost postings for accuracy, including invoices, customer collections and financial reporting.
• Manage all related quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Act as liaison with customer representatives for project interface.
• Create, develop and implement account process improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
