Job summary

IES is seeking a Project Lead - Security Systems to act as on-site coordinator and crew lead supervisor for the installation of card access, CCTV, CATV and intrusion systems. You will ensure work quality and safety while maintaining staff efficiency on-site.

Responsibilities include supervising crew leads, coordinating with the project manager, completing project paperwork, and serving as the primary customer interface. Strong technical knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in security systems installation.
• Minimum of twelve (12) months supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and project documents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Supervise several Crew Leads – Security Systems and ensure performance.
• Coordinate with the SS Project Manager to meet productivity, budget and deadlines.
• Complete all project paperwork accurately and on time (timesheets, work orders, transfers, etc.).
• Serve as on-site customer contact and attend meetings when required.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in card access, CCTV, CATV and intrusion systems.
