Job summary

IES Holdings is seeking a Project Manager to oversee security systems projects onsite, ensuring execution aligns with safety, quality and financial goals. You will recruit, train and manage project staff, monitor delivery timelines and control costs while interfacing with customers and management.

Ideal candidates have five+ years in security systems or related fields, strong MS Office skills and demonstrated supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years verifiable experience in security systems, access control and CCTV.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote, discipline and discharge project staff.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Plan for, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability to achieve Company goals.
• Review job cost postings for accuracy and prepares invoices and financial reporting.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work and participate in bid processes.
