Job summary

IES is seeking a Crew Lead - Security Systems in Conesville, OH to supervise technicians and coordinate the installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of Access Control, CCTV, CATV, and Intrusion Detection Systems on-site.

You will lead daily activities, enforce safety standards, review drawings, manage documents, and serve as the primary on-site contact with customers and project managers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and programming security systems.
• Knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, IDS, CATV, and low-voltage infra.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Proven leadership supervising technicians and field personnel.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Effective communication with customers and project teams.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Salary: Min USD 32.00/Hr. Max USD 35.00/Hr.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Security Systems Technicians on assigned projects.
• Coordinate daily work activities to stay on time and budget.
• Install, program, test, and troubleshoot Access Control, CCTV, CATV, IDS.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to technicians.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and enforce safety standards.
• Monitor quality control and ensure project specs compliance.
• Coordinate activities with Security Systems Project Manager.
• Maintain all project documentation (timesheets, orders, transfers).
• Serve as primary on-site customer contact for questions/concerns.
• Attend construction and coordination meetings as required.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support project execution through leadership and planning.
