Job summary

Premise, Inc. is seeking a Lead Security Technician to install security systems, including Card Access, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection, while leading field teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires traveling within the designated region and maintaining safety standards on each site.

The candidate should have 2+ years in AV/Security, be adept at troubleshooting, and comfortable acting as the main on-site contact for clients. Ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AV, Security, Access Control, or Infrastructure Cabling.
• Proven experience in leading project teams and reporting to a Foreman/Project Manager.
• Must possess basic hand tools necessary for project completion.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiarity with industry tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install project systems as directed by the Project Manager and follow drawings/specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with the Project Manager, Field Technicians, and other team members.
• Adhere to company safety guidelines and requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Act as the primary on-site contact for clients and provide progress updates at site meetings.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs provided by Premise One.
