Job summary

IES Communications seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee assigned projects from inception to turnover. You will ensure contracts are developed, implemented, installed and managed in line with safety, quality, and financial performance requirements.

Lead staffing, budgeting, and customer care to achieve delivery goals. The role requires coordinating workload, monitoring installation progress, and driving profitability while maintaining compliance with company policies and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or related technical or construction field.
• Experience interfacing with customers as liaison between customer and company.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• RCDD certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, promote, and discipline project staff per company policies.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• Plan and maintain project profitability to meet company goals.
• Review job cost postings, prepare invoices, and provide financial reporting.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Act as liaison with customer representatives.
• Create and implement account process improvements.
